Instructions:

Reagents/Ingredients Required:

• Cinnamon (EO), 
• Bergamot (EO), 
• lemon verbena / Lemongrass (EO) 

Spell Instructions:
Mix equal parts cinnamon, bergamot, and lemon verbena or lemongrass (I have used both EO and ""tea"") in an oil or spray (water & alcohol) base for an oil or spray. Shake to mix

Optional: Pray line 16 & 17 of Psalm 74 three times
